  My review used to read "BEST PIZZA IN NORDONIA" but I have to change it. I have to admit, they still have really good pizza and we still go there but lately their customer service has been not great.
  
  My wife and I have had a couple of issues in the past year and a half with coupons -- the first time was with a daily special that they refused to honor until the owner intervened when I explained the issue. The most recent time was about a month ago when my wife explicitly asked if a coupon could be used in a certain way, was told it could, and then when we were overcharged, the manager in charge accused my wife of lying and told us that he couldn't (and wouldn't) do anything to fix it. A simple, "I'm sorry, you couldn't use that coupon, my employee was incorrect" would have sufficed.
  
  My family has been eating here since it was Fox's Den pizza many, many years ago and it's disappointing to see that the new management change has taken this particular location in the wrong direction.
